Troubles de la déglutition – 5AF
Dans le cadre du cours d’éducation nutritionnelle, une stagiaire a proposé aux élèves de 5e professionnelle option Aide Familial(e) une série d’activités autour des troubles de la déglutition (dysphagie).
Objectif : mieux comprendre cette problématique fréquente chez les personnes âgées ou fragilisées, et apprendre à :
Adapter les textures des aliments
Adopter les gestes et postures appropriées pendant les repas
Une expérience concrète et essentielle pour mieux accompagner les bénéficiaires dans leur quotidien, en alliant santé, confort et sécurité.
